The air flow can separate the lighter materials (such as Paper sheets, plastic bags, films, etc.) are taken up or horizontally to the settling chamber, and are output through the light material discharge conveyor. The heavy material falls because the updraft cannot support its gravity, or settles on the heavy material discharge conveyor due to inertia in the horizontal direction and is output. Therefore, the air separation process is based on the sedimentation law of various solid wastes in the air, so as to achieve the purpose of classification and recycling.
The drum type air separator is widely used in the sorting system of domestic waste, stale waste, decoration waste and construction waste.
