Horizontal Hydraulic Baler Function
▪ The wireframe of the horizontal hydraulic baler is composed of 4 sets of wire devices installed on the frame, and the entire wireframe is suspended on the central axis of the compression frame.
▪ The fasteners are welded parts with wheels at the bottom, which can be moved horizontally along the main slide rail under the push of a hydraulic cylinder. The lifting platform is mainly composed of the anchoring of two horizontal beams.
▪ The lifting platform can move up and down in the vertical direction under the push of two hydraulic cylinders.
Features of Waste Horizontal Baler
▶ All models are hydraulically driven and can be controlled manually or automatically by PLC.
▶ There are different ways of turning the bag, pushing the bag (side pushing and pushing) or manually carrying the bag (packing).
▶ Foot screws are not required for installation. Where there is no power source, a diesel engine can be used as power.
▶ Extrusion force has 10 grades, ranging from 63 tons to 400 tons, for users to choose from, and the production efficiency ranges from 4 tons/shift to 40 tons/shift.
