Sorting methods and uses of stale garbage

After the garbage is dried, it is transported to the slat conveyor by the forklift, and the uniform and orderly distribution of the garbage is transported to the manual sorting station. It is transported to the trommel screening machine, the sieve plate aperture of the trommel screening machine can be set to 40-60mm (here the aperture is set to 50mm), and the trommel screening machine divides the garbage into 50mm
There are two kinds of materials above and below 50mm.
The humus soil under the sieve below 50mm.
The material above 50mm is selected by the magnetic separator and then transported to the comprehensive air separator for processing by the transmission equipment. The air separator produced by our company is a comprehensive air separator specially developed for the characteristics of stale garbage. The sieve is divided into heavy substances (inert items such as stones) and combustibles. The sorted combustibles are packed by hydraulic balers and sent to incineration for power generation.
The sorted humus soil can be used as landscaping soil or sanitary landfill;
The sorted heavy substances can be directly backfilled or used for environmentally friendly brick making;
The sorted combustibles can be used for fuel incineration in waste-to-energy plants.
