What is the working process of waste sorting equipment？

1. Load the landfill waste into the sorting equipment and store it in the waste dumping area. Use a forklift or a forklift to put the garbage into the hopper and then transfer it to the balance feeder through the plate feeder to initially crush the packaged garbage. The balanced feeder evenly conveys the waste to the next step. 
2. The garbage enters the manual sorting platform, and large objects are manually sorted out, such as large furniture, clothes, bottles, large pieces of glass, and a small number of construction waste. On the one hand, the utilization rate of waste is expanded, and on the other hand, the stacking of subsequent steps is reduced. After primary crushing, it enters the next step of sorting. 
3. After completing the above steps, the garbage entering the screening system is divided into two volumes. One is large objects such as plastics and shoes, and small objects enter the vortex separator 1 to obtain metal and then synthesize fertilizer or nutrient soil. 
4. The oversized objects that have been screened will be separated again by gravity separation (wind separation equipment), and some lighter objects (mostly plastics) and other heavy objects will be obtained. Heavy objects enter the vortex separator 2 to obtain metal and organic scraps, and the lighter ones will be baled by the baler.
