Waste sorting line finished installation in Guizhou Province

According to the characteristics and practical experience of each component of garbage, the waste sorting line has been launched. Recentlly,our techinician had installed the plant for our customer from Guizhou.

The process flow is roughly as follows:
1. The waste garbage is first unloaded onto the loading and unloading platform, sent to the slat conveyor by the loader, and then conveyed to the manual sorting platform through the belt conveyor. Here, sorting workers will pick up large items and hazardous waste in the trash.
2. The waste garbage after manual sorting enters the bag breaking machine, and the broken bag can tear open the bagged garbage in the garbage, which is convenient for subsequent processing.
3. The waste garbage after the bag is broken is sent to the trommel screen by the belt conveyor for processing, organic matter is selected, and iron is selected by the suspended magnetic separator.
4. The objects on the trommel screen can pass the iron in the objects on the magnetic selection screen, and then be sent to the comprehensive wind separator for wind separation. The comprehensive air separator can be divided into heavy objects such as brick, stone, rubber, plastic, film paper, etc.
