How to Debug the Trommel Screen？--Unique Method

First, preparations before commissioning
 
1. After the components of the trommel screen are installed and passed the inspection, the test run can be carried out. Before the test run, check in detail that each component is installed correctly as shown in the drawing, that the fasteners are firm, and that there are no obstacles around the screen body that hinder the operation of the trommel screen;
 
2. Put the rectangular inspection door in the open position, and rotate the screening cylinder by manual turning to observe whether the comb-shaped cleaning mechanism has jamming and friction, and if so, it can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt;
 

3. Check that each bearing seat and gearbox should be well lubricated, and the oil level of the gearbox should be appropriate;
4. The power connector should be firm and reliable, with good insulation and correct grounding.
Second, the no-load test run
 
1. Jog the motor control button, and check that the direction of the motor should be consistent with the direction indicated by the cage drum screen;
 
2. Start the equipment and run for 4-6 hours, observe the operation of the trommel screen, if any abnormal sound or other phenomena are found, stop the machine for inspection in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
 
The following items should be checked after 4-6 hours of trial operation:
a. The temperature of the big shaft bearing requires that the maximum temperature should not exceed 75°C and the temperature rise should not exceed 45°C.
 
b. The fastening condition of the fastening bolts at various places should be tightened in time if any looseness is found.
 
Again, feeding
1. When the screening machine is in a stable operation state, start the feeding and discharging equipment, and conduct a feeding trial run;
2. Close the sealing isolation cover after normal discharge (during normal operation, the sealing isolation cover should always be in the closed position);
3. Check the discharge particle size and whether there is material leakage and dust;
4. Run for half an hour, carefully check all parts, and deal with any problems in time.
5. During the working process, the operation status should be checked frequently. If abnormal operation or abnormal noise is found, the machine should be stopped and checked in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
