MSW Waste to RDF Fuel Rod Production Line
In industrial production, a large number of production wastes such as wood, cloth, leather and waste paper will be produced. These wastes not only occupy limited storage resources, but also have potential safety hazards. In order to deal with these wastes, the factory will generally invite a special recycling and treatment company to deal with them for a fee. What are the uses of these wastes after recycling? Generally, recycling companies will process these industrial wastes into RDF fuel rods for power generation. This treatment process is like our industrial waste RDF production line.
The
RDF production line integrates software and hardware and adopts modular design. The production line covers: crushing system, magnetic separation system, packaging system, RDF granulation system, dust removal system, etc.
The waste cloth is broken into materials with smaller specifications by the crusher, iron wire, iron sheet and other metals are separated by the iron separator, and other materials are packed and transported or converted into RDF fuel with high calorific value for use. The whole production line is equipped with a dust reduction system, which can effectively dispose the dust generated during the crushing process without secondary pollution.
If the front crushing equipment of RDF production line is damaged, it will affect the smoothness of the whole production line. During the crushing process, due to the good toughness of the cloth, it is easy to pull, and the motor is easy to burn due to the material winding. Therefore, the crushing equipment needs to be equipped with anti-winding equipment, and there are also requirements for the configuration of motors to ensure the service life and treatment efficiency of the equipment.
RDF molding machine
RDF particles are formed for the finely broken materials, and the materials are extruded into RDF particles by the principle of high-speed stamping. The particles are characterized by high density, not easy to loosen and convenient for transportation.
