Construction waste sorting line for delivery

On February 15, 2023, the construction waste sorting production line ordered by President Hu of Xinjiang was completed within the delivery period agreed by both parties, and the equipment was ready to be shipped after passing the acceptance inspection.
This construction waste sorting line has a daily output of 1,500 tons and is mainly composed of drum screens, vibrating screens, crushers, screening machines, manual sorting tables, balers and other equipment.

The softness and hardness of these components vary greatly, and it is difficult to achieve the separation of various components by traditional processing methods. Due to the complex composition, the performance of the finished product is unstable, and the places of use are limited. How to effectively separate the mixture in construction waste is the key and difficult point of construction waste recycling.
