Trommel Screen



The rotating trommels is one of the most important machine in the solid waste processing line. It is installed upstream of installations of selection municipal solid waste and maintain the screening of MSW exploiting the different size from they possess. They have the function of separating the feed stream into two streams. The separation of the individual parts placed in a current of fall, properly fed, takes place according to the different particle sizes.
Drive system: adopts double-shaft drive of small flange bevel gear shaft-mounted reducer, adopts Yutong or domestic brand products of the same quality, and motor adopts Yutong or domestic brand products of the same quality, IP 55, F level;
Structure: The screen hole is laser cut, four rollers are supported by two rollers to run (stable and reliable operation), the overall frame is closed structure, and the operation is safe and stable.
