To make good use of the useful components in garbage, it is first necessary to sort and separate the organics, combustibles, metals, plastics, etc. in garbage. According to the characteristics and practical experience of each component of garbage, Zoomlion Demi has launched a domestic garbage sorting and processing production line. The process flow is roughly as follows:
1、The garbage is first unloaded to the loading and unloading platform, and then sent to the plate conveyor by the loader. Then, the garbage is conveyed to the manual sorting platform by the belt conveyor, where the sorting workers pick up the large objects and hazardous wastes in the garbage.
2、The manually sorted garbage enters the bag breaking machine, which can tear the bagged garbage in the garbage for subsequent treatment.
3、The garbage after bag breaking is sent to the roller screen by the belt conveyor for treatment, and the organic matter is selected, and the iron matter is selected by the hanging magnetic separator.
4、After magnetic separation, the iron substances on the roller screen can be selected, and then sent to the comprehensive air separator for air separation. The comprehensive air separator can separate heavy substances such as bricks and stones, rubber, plastics, film paper and other combustibles.
5、According to the needs of customers, it can achieve the separation of different substances in garbage by cooperating with appropriate manual separation, flotation, water washing, color separation and eddy current separation.
