Sanya Construction and Decoration Waste Recycling and Disposal Project

Sanya city currently has only one disposal site filled with muck in the eastern suburbs. This muck landfill was put into use in 2009, and one muck landfill can no longer meet the development needs of Lhasa.
 
"It is necessary to have both lucid waters and lush mountains, but also invaluable assets." Building an ecological civilization and protecting the ecological environment is a revolutionary change involving production methods, lifestyles, ways of thinking and values.
 
In order to solve the way out of construction and decoration waste in Lhasa, improve the rate of harmless waste, reduction rate and resource utilization rate. The Sanya city Construction and Decoration Waste Disposal Center, which started construction in December 2019, is the construction and decoration waste recycling center in the Tibet Autonomous Region, which greatly relieves the urgent need for construction and decoration waste classification. We are honored to participate in the construction of this project.
 
The construction and decoration waste resource disposal adopts two production lines of on-site demolition and fixed site demolition. The disposal capacity is 200t/h mobile disposal equipment, and the construction waste generated by the demolition is produced into recycled aggregate on site, avoiding repeated transportation of construction waste and secondary pollution, and controlling production costs. In terms of fixed site disposal, a production line with a disposal capacity of 125t/h has been purchased. This production line has two functions, which can dispose of construction waste and decoration waste. The main products are recycled aggregates with three grades of 0~5mm, 5~16mm, and 16~31.5mm. By then, the construction waste disposal rate will be harmless, and the resource utilization rate will reach 98%.
