What are the technological processes of municipal solid waste sorting machinery and equipment?

The municipal solid waste sorting process is as follows:
(1) The domestic garbage is sent to the garbage dump, and the garbage is directly put into the crusher for crushing;
(2) the garbage obtained in step (1) is transported to the trommel for screening, and the soil, glass, crushed stone and broken brick are screened;
(3) The sieved waste materials are removed by a strong magnetic iron remover to remove iron, buttons, and batteries, and then enter the secondary crusher to be crushed;
(4) the garbage obtained in step (3) is sent to the mixer, and the additive is added and fully stirred;
(5) sending the material obtained in step (4) to a molding machine for composite fuel molding;
(6) the composite fuel obtained in step (5) is transported to a drying oven for drying;
(7) The dry material is directly transported to the gasification workshop for gasification;
(8) The combustible gas produced by gasification is purified and cooled and then sent to the internal combustion generator for power generation;
(9) The water vapor generated in the drying process of the composite fuel is sent to the deodorization tower through the pumping device, and is discharged after being deodorized by the water curtain. The sewage is discharged into the sewage treatment tank through the pipeline for treatment and recycling.
